Mexico Chiapas Organic Fair Trade
Whenever I visit a small coffee roaster, I ask for the Mexico Chiapas because this is one of the most smooth and chocolatey coffees that I have ever tasted. If you drink coffee all day long, our Mexico Chiapas should be your first choice of Chazzano Coffee. The aroma will remind you of blueberries and the aftertaste will remind you of warm chocolate.
Ethiopia Organic Washed Sidamo Koratie
Ethiopia Sidamo is often very wild, winey, and a challenge to cup (taste) because the natural aromatics and flavors are too numerous to describe accurately. However, this recent Sidamo has a very clean finish with hints of berries and even a little jasmine. Send me an e-mail if you recognize other delicious notes from this coffee.

I have always loved Costa Rica Tarrazu coffee. I always have and always will. Since I first began roasting, this coffee has always been consistent and delicious. When you brew the Mexico Chiapas, you will appreciate the caramel, chocolate and berries in this great coffee.
