I have been coveting the coffee I was lucky enough to bring home from Dahlia and Kathleen's house last Shabbat. I've convinced Julia that it really isn't great in the drip pot and now, I've got it all to myself to brew each morning in my lovely 24 oz. french press. It's really helping me make the transition away from using cream to black, which I've been trying to do for various reasons. Thanks, Chazzano!

So call me a sinner! I love Chazzano coffee, but alas, I drink my coffee with milk and sugar (coffee afficionados, please forgive me). There is no coffee maker out there who produces such rich and various flavors of Chazzano - and it is great! Also, I appreciate the "green-ness" and world friendly approach to Chazzano's coffee-making. So far I have had Chazzano's Guatemalan, Warm & Toasty, Papua, New Guniea, Giggles Blend and the Ethiopian. I can't decide whether my favorite is the Guatemalan or the Papua, New Guinea. There are so many more to try... I think I am going to need to do a "cupping"!

It would be a sin to add sugar and milk to this coffee. The Guatemala would make a perfect dessert coffee. I have had a lot of coffee in my life, and this is the best coffee I have ever had. It as if you'd died and gone to heaven. As soon as I started to grind the coffee, I knew that this coffee was like no other. I want to try every kind of coffee Chazzano makes. I can not say enough about this coffee. It is indescribably delicious!
